Today is our first day of the exhibition @ compass point!! After all the hurdles, we finally reach the stage of execution. Lets wish the best to all of us and let this Project be a SUCESS!!!

Have been sourcng for the different culture costumes, it was easy for the Chinese, Malay, Indian but not for the Peranakan male costume!!!!

It is Wednesday today and we have yet print our exhibition panels due to some sudden request!

The tough planning

With all projects, we will definitely need to do the necessary recce of the actual site for our event. Being the very excited and enthu team, we actually went ahead to do our own site recce so that we can have a better proposal before our official site recce.

Disappointment came when we know that our given space is much smaller during our official site recce! And because of the given space, we have to edit almost our entire proposal. What is worst when we have to tell the performers that we have to cancel all the performance due to space constraint, it is very hard to tell everyone the sad news when all were very excited and were preparing for it!

Had a pretty long meeting back in school, together with Ms Joan and Ms Jac, we have decided to just touch on the Chinese, Malay, Indian and Others (Eurasian & Peranakan). We have also scale down the exhibition to just only the traditional festivals celebrated in Singapore by the various culture groups.

With all the changes, our team embark on the next planning stage
